BREAKING NEWS: WhatsApp Down; Users Unable to Send, Receive Messages

The messaging platform, WhatsApp has gone down for users around the world.

Users of the platform, owned by Meta, began reporting issues on Tuesday.

Many people around the world are using other social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook to complain that they can not send or receive messages on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp has about two billion global active users.

It is one of the most popular messaging platforms in the world.
